Art Library
Art Library, which is a library of paintings, is part of our mission to make art accessible to all.
In this art library of paintings, you can borrow a painting for 30 days. After you return the painting, you can borrow another painting. Works just like a library for books.
The paintings in the art library are original small oil paintings by renowned Singapore artist Low Hai Hong. The collection is limited at the moment, but we will gradually add more paintings to the art library.
With the art library, we hope that more people can experience the joys of having art at home, without any burdens. So, borrow a painting today!
How to borrow a painting from the art library
1. Visit the art library which is located at the art gallery. All paintings must be borrowed in person.
2. At the art library, select the painting you want to borrow.
3. Provide your particulars and make a refundable deposit of S$200 (cash or PayNow). This deposit will be refunded to you upon the return of the painting within the borrowing period.
4. Bring the painting home and enjoy!
5. All paintings are borrowed with a borrowing period of 30 calendar days. Return the painting in person to the art library within the borrowing period. The deposit will be refunded on the spot.
Feel free to borrow another painting after you return the painting. Every person can only borrow one painting at a time.
Things to note:
1. The paintings in the art library are not for sale. The value of the works exceed the refundable deposit, hence please do return the paintings.
2.. If the painting is not returned within the borrowing period, or if it is lost, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. If the painting is returned damaged, we will assess the damage and deduct the repair costs from the deposit accordingly.

The paintings in the art library are small oil on paper paintings by second generation Nanyang artist Low Hai Hong. They are all original works and come with a black frame with an acrylic cover.
